Tina Romanus, an actress and singer, was born in West Virginia, where she studied voice, piano and acting. At seventeen she moved to Greenwich Village, New York to begin her music career with a folk-rock band, The Bitter End Singers. Among her achievements: two albums and several single records, T.V. variety show appearances, (including: The Tonight Show and Sunday Night at the London Palladium), nightclub engagements and college concerts. Tina was invited twice to sing at The White House during the Lyndon Johnson administration. Years later she moved to Los Angeles to further her acting career, and appeared in several films. When she retired, she discovered a creative life writing class at the local library. Tina loved to write and kept a journal all her life. The class encouraged her to organize those notes and tell her stories to give meaning to her past, present and future.
