Jenna Holst Opperman lives in Florida with three Welsh Terriers. Together, they compete in the sport of dog agility. Native to the New York metropolitan area, for nearly twenty years Jenna lived in South Africa. Her work, published in the US, the UK and South Africa, includes cookbooks, recipes, food and travel articles and a weekly newspaper column. She is currently writing a novel and fine-tuning a non-fiction dog book about her Welshie, Suzu.
