J.K. Rogers, a native of Philadelphia, lives in Omaha, where she is a graduate student working toward an M.A. in English from the University of Nebraska Omaha. She also holds a B.A. in English from Connecticut College, an M.A. in Theatre and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Writing from UNO. In addition to being a permanent student, she teaches theatre and English at several local colleges, and is a Journeyman member of IATSE Local 42. Her work has appeared in The Briar Cliff Review. In her free time, J.K. enjoys reading, cooking, knitting, cheese, and singing show tunes to her cats.---------
