Theodore Frederick is the President and CEO of the American Charter Schools Foundation, which owns and governs ten charter high schools in Arizona. During his military career, he had a series of commands, was comptroller for a multi-billion-dollar military project known as “Star Wars,” saw service in the Vietnam conflict, and served at the Pentagon on the Army General Staff (Operations). He has taught at several universities including Georgetown Law, Western International and Embry Riddle. Among his publications is a textbook on law firm management and numerous educational and financial software programs.
