Theodore Frederick is President and CEO of the American Charter Schools Foundation, which owns and governs 27 charter schools in Arizona. During his military career, he had a series of commands, was comptroller for a multi-billion-dollar military project known as “Star Wars,” saw service in the Vietnam conflict, and served at the Pentagon on the Army General Staff (Operations). He has taught at several universities including Georgetown Law, Western International and Embry Riddle. Among his publications are several children’s books (iBooks), short stories and numerous educational and financial software programs. His hobby is writing.
