It’s AWP time again, and because we’ve got a running blog of our events at the conference here in Chicago my blog will be just a list of the new outstanding artist offerings we have for you in this issue. However, I reserve the editor’s prerogative to write a proper blog once the conference is over and I’ve had time to make some sense out of all the damage that 10,000 writers descending on a neighborhood in Chicago can do. I would be remiss if I didn't take a moment now and add how grateful and excited we are at the re-release of our Undergrad column. Welcome our newest editor, Dave Beighley. We expect exciting things from the Undergrad column, and we know it is in good hands with Dave. For now, please check out our Event Blog early and often for updates from our readings and from the floor of the AWP Chicago 2012 book fair. We’ll have photographs, video & audio clips, and if we’re real lucky some extremely short interviews from a grip of your favorite writers.
Until then, as is our custom, let’s kick this pig and see what it’ll do!

If you’re at AWP we hope to see you, and if we’ve published you we hope to get a picture of your terrific smile or a quick video clip of you saying hi to the readers of Connotation Press. This should be a blast!
