Val Stulman has an MFA from the University of California, Riverside. She currently lives in Los Angeles where she writes TV, screenplays and plays. She and her writing partner John Shannon were semi-finalists for the 2009 Disney/ABC TV Writing Fellowhips and have finished a spec TV pilot, Nocturnal,
a sci-fi show about a private eye possessed by a 2000 year old panther spirit and a world weary, former contemporary of Sam Spade.
