Sarah Hulyk, soon to be Sarah Maxwell, is a first year graduate student pursuing an MFA in poetry at Louisiana State University. She was Connotation Press's September 2010 featured undergraduate and has published poems, fiction, and creative nonfiction in Muse & Stone. Over the Mardi Gras holiday, Sarah, with the help of her fiancé, successfully caught, color-coded, and divided into evenly distributed piles, 475 strands of beads.
