I dedicate this issue of A Poetry Congeries to the memory of two-time Pulitzer-Prize-winning poet Richard Wilbur. In 1987 he was appointed the second Poet Laureate Consultant in Poetry to the Library of Congress. One by one, they leave us.
Here are some links to obituaries that ran on NPR, The Poetry Foundation, and Poets.org, along with an interview Helen McCloy Ellison, Ellesa Clay High, Peter A. Stitt did with Richard for the Paris Review in 1977.
